POSAN International Warranty Policy

 

We are honored that you’ve chosen POSAN — a brand forged through precision, passion, and craftsmanship.

All POSAN products — including our timepieces, rings, necklaces, belt buckles, and other metal accessories — are covered by an international limited warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to products purchased directly from POSAN or through an authorized POSAN retailer.

What Our Warranty Covers:

This warranty protects you against material and manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, POSAN will offer:

  • Free repair of the defective item
  • Or, in cases where repair is not feasible, replacement with a model of equal or similar value and specifications

To validate your warranty claim, a proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) must be presented.

 

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

Please note that this warranty does not apply to:

  1. Normal wear and tear from daily use, including:
    • Scratches, abrasions, or patina
    • Color changes due to oxidation or skin contact
    • Fading, fraying, or aging of leather or textile straps
  2. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or external impacts, such as:
    • Drops, dents, or crushing
    • Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or water beyond the specified resistance level
    • Improper storage or lack of care
  3. Unauthorized repair or modification, including:
    • Alterations by third parties
    • Disassembly or tampering not performed by POSAN or its authorized service partners
  4. Damage from improper handling, such as:
    • Using jewelry for purposes outside of personal adornment
    • Applying excessive force to mechanical elements (e.g. overtightening a screw-down crown)

Warranty Service Process:

If you believe your POSAN product is experiencing a covered defect:

  1. Contact us at posanwatch@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Our service team will provide further guidance, including possible return or inspection steps.
  3. If the issue is covered, POSAN will repair or replace the item free of charge.
