Due to the high unit price of our products, we need to contact you before shipping to ensure the safe customs clearance and delivery of your package. Additionally, in order to guarantee product quality, we will conduct a 48 to 72-hour quality inspection prior to shipment. (This is especially important for mechanical watches, which are precision instruments requiring functionality and sealing tests before dispatch.)

 

Free Shipping

We ship mostly anywhere in the world for free by fast shipping :DHL , FEDEX ,SF. It will take 1-3 working days to process your order. Orders qualify for shipping will be shipped at no cost to you via Fast air parcel delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method. SF just for HongKong ,2-3 Days. DHL/Fedex.about 7-15 days.

 

Customs / Duty

We will mark as low value on the custom declaration try to let customer save any taxation, but in basically, international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS.

 

Shipping Problems

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalised before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by https://posanart.com/.
